Infant Milestone Monitoring

During your baby's first two years, they will reach numerous milestones. As your long-term nanny, I can assist your baby in reaching each milestone while also documenting each milestone from birth until they turn two. Here are some key milestones in the first two years of a baby's life.

  • Physical Milestones: Rolling over, crawling, walking independently, climbing stairs, running, and developing fine motor skills like stacking blocks or holding a crayon.
  • Language Milestones: Speaking first words, forming simple sentences, following instructions, and identifying objects.
  • Cognitive Milestones: Recognizing shapes and colors, understanding cause and effect, and beginning to count.
  • Social and Emotional Milestones: Sharing with others, showing empathy, expressing
    emotions, and developing independence.

As your long-term nanny, I am committed to closely observing your baby's development to ensure they are healthy and progressing appropriately. If any concerns arise, I am here to provide resources and support to you.

"Her original assignment was for only two weeks, working 10-hour night shifts for 14 days straight. Upon the completion of the 2-week assignment, we were very pleased and we decided to extend the invitation to keep Ernestine & her support for an additional year to care for our son during the day."
